In a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, Luke Skywalker star Mark Hamill makes an uncredited appearance. The cameo takes place about 30 minutes into Knowhere, when Kevin Bacon has done a runner. The Star Wars legend appears momentarily as a Ravager in a Christmas hat, drinking from a bottle of alcohol and hiccuping.
In addition to paying homage to the not-so-remembered Star Wars Holiday Special, it makes perfect sense for the actor to appear.
Gunn has been publicly open about meeting Hamill, who is a neighbor of his, which had fans wondering if he would appear in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3.
