Liverpool scouts may be watching five players at the World Cup

The Qatar World Cup is a big hurdle for Premier League sides, although it provides a great scouting opportunity for top teams ahead of the January transfer window. Liverpool have had a shaky start to the season and hope to be on the lookout for the best talent they can recruit as soon as possible.

The Reds are currently sixth in the Premier League, 15 points behind Arsenal. Jurgen Klopp’s side seem to have already sacrificed their status as title contenders, although their place in the top four is not certain either.

Declan Rice (England)

Jude Bellingham is predicted by many to be England’s most impressive star in Qatar, and Liverpool will no doubt be keeping an eye on how he fares. The Anfield side will also see how the Borussia Dortmund star bonds with West Ham captain Declan Rice.

The 23-year-old has been linked with a move to Liverpool this season and if the club is serious about a major center-of-the-park overhaul, signing England’s two central midfielders shouldn’t be out of the question despite your prices. .

Marcos Llorente (Spain)

Spanish star Marcos Llorente has received suggestions for a move to the Premier League on a steady basis over the past few seasons, and those stories are surfacing once again with the Reds still keen. The Atletico Madrid midfielder would be a versatile option to work with Jurgen Klopp and reports speculate that his price has dropped of late.
