Gary Lineker apologizes to England World Cup spectators at halftime

Another fan added: “Just downloaded the BBC iPlayer app to try and watch the England game on my lunch break and it’s not working. Shocking.”

A third fan asked for his license fee to be refunded. “Too bad I can’t see it in iplayer because I got stuck logging into my account for 45 minutes,” they wrote. “License refund?”

The fans expected the situation to be resolved in the second half and got to see Saka score his second of the day in the second half as his deflected shot was England’s fourth of the day.
