Carragher mocked Ronaldo when ex-Man Utd stars named as fans only

It was widely reported over the summer that Ronaldo was pushing to leave the Red Devils and cut his return home short after his team failed to finish in the top four. However, despite his agent Jorge Mendes holding talks with other clubs, a move never materialized.
The 37-year-old has now revealed that he feels the club was actually trying to push him out the door and that the club will not return to its glory days if it continues to run as it does today. Many have sided with Ten Hag throughout his feud with Ronaldo, and the latter’s latest steps have put his reputation with the club in jeopardy.
Although Carragher believes the same familiar faces will defend the Portugal international, he tweeted: “99% of United fans will be on Erik ten Hag’s side, which shows how badly Ronaldo has handled this. 1% will be Rio (Ferdinand), Roy (Keane) and Patrice (Evra)”.

However, Wayne Rooney has never hesitated to share his opinion on his former strike partner and recently criticized Ronaldo for his conduct after he left Old Trafford before the final whistle against Tottenham after refusing to be substituted. Although Ronaldo responded in his interview with Morgan.
